There are lots of great recipes in this book - we now have some new favorites! If you are an old hand at low-carb, then you may know most of what they talk about in the book. They do focus mostly on stomach fat and the two types of fat, SAT and VAT fat. I&amp;#39;ve been low-carbing for almost 9 years and I still feel like I got a lot out of this book, so hopefully you will too.
