Hanging in there..

Yesterday was tough. We were invited to the home of some friends for a meal after church last night. It was all cajun so there was lots of rice. It was good, but not ideal. I brought the dessert though so at least that was ok for me to have. I will probably be up on the scale because of it, but I know it will go away if I stick with it.

Guess that's it for now. My daughter is home from school because she's sick, so I'd better check on her.
