This recipe is a favorite snack or dessert for me and came from Jimmy Moore. All I did was some measuring and figuring. :) I also replaced the sweetener with Fiberfitto cut down on the carbs. It's super simple and tastes great!
Whip heavy whipping cream until thick. Add rest of ingredients and mix until combined well. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Makes six 1/2 cup servings. Per serving: 328 calories, 34g fat, 3g protein, 4g carbs, 1g fiber.
This can be really filling so a 1/2 cup is more than you'd think, although I could easily eat a full cup just because it tastes so good. ;)
