I hope you reach all of your low carb, fitness, health, and life goals in 2008!!!

Your blog is one of the few regulars on my LC Blog/web list, and it's always encouraging to see fellow low carbers lose weight and maintain over the long haul!!!

This year my stepson, wife, two brothers and perhaps a brother in-law are joining me - so it should be a real blast to watch the life transformations for all of them!!! I don't know about all of their stick-tu-itiveness but hope they will, and know they will benefit.
