I've tried all of these flavors and liked every one. How can you go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate?? :) While not something you should eat everyday, you can use Atkins bars and shakes for quick snacks or on-the-go meals when you have no other healthy options. I use them when I need to and they have been a lifesaver at times when I was starving and it would be a good while before I had access to low-carb food. I know some people are really against the low-carb "frankenfoods". But let me tell ya, they are certainly better than giving in to the ice cream and cake at Timmy's birthday party. And if used wisely, can be a tool to help you with your weight loss goals.
