The Eat Smart Nutrition Scale Is Awesome!

I've finally gotten around to doing a post on that new scale I've mentioned a few times. Actually, it's not a post, it's a video, but it's in a post so it's the same thing. :0)

Please forgive the choppy editing and all-around hokeyness of the video. I'm having issues with my editing program so that's why it isn't very smooth. As for the hokeyness... it's simply because I'm hokey. No excuse there. I also had to do this in two parts because of the length.

The McGovern Report

Below I've posted a youtube video which is part of a fabulous new documentary from Tom Naughton titled Fat Head. This part especially interested me since I just finished the chapter in Good Calories, Bad Calories that covered this very subject.

Tom's explanations and visuals make watching this not only educational, but fun! I really hope he can find widespread, major distribution for this film. I am definitely getting a copy as soon as they are out on DVD.
