Today's A New Day...
I trying to start again. My stress levels have been huge and I haven't done well at all lately. Today I've written down my planned menu and I'm determined to stick with it. I've felt rotten the last several days and I'm tired of feeling that way. I'm sure a majority of it has been bad eating choices.
So here is todays menu:
Breakfast: Eggs & Bacon
Snack: EAS Shake
Lunch: Baked Cod and salad w/Ranch
Dinner: Crazy Cabbage
I may need to plan another snack for midday, but for now this will work. I don't have exact counts yet, but I know the carbs are under 20, which is good enough for me. I'll be putting it all into fitday later and will share exact counts.
Not much in the news about low-carb lately, but I'll keep my eyes open for something to share.
