Friday June 6

Well, the trend seems to continue.

Today's weight: 178.6

Another 2/10th's of a lb gone. Again, not huge.. but progress.

Yesterday's counts -

Calories: 1,489
Fat: 112
Carbs: 24
Protein: 88

Today may be a bit of a challenge. We are fogging the house yet again. The pets will be moved for the evening and we are staying in a hotel for the night. While the fleas have gotten better, they aren't gone and I just can't take it. I'm not sure how to plan for tonight's meal or tomorrow so I'll have to just make do with what we decide on at the time. (I'll be bringing my own snacks to the hotel as well...)

Change of subject: My sister is having surgery today. Please send a prayer up for her that all goes well and she has a quick recovery. Thanks everyone! I love ya Sis!!!

Update for June 5, 2008

Well, so far so good. I'm still moving downward. :)

Today's weight: 178.8

Yesterdays totals:

Calories: 1,477
Fat: 110
Carbs: 24
Protein: 86

I was a bit hungrier yesterday than I have been since starting the new battle plan, hence more calories, fat, etc.

If this keeps up I shall soon win the war! :D
