Down 2 lbs from yesterday

It was kind of tough yesterday, but I stuck the the stricter plan and am down 2 lbs! I am going for it again today. I walked for 20 minutes on my treadmill and plan to do the same today. I'm not quite ready for the required 30 minutes on this plan, but I'll get there soon. It will just take me a few days to get back to a routine. Here's to hoping tomorrow brings another good loss!
