Traveling again..

Just a short note to let you know I'm on the road with my family again. We'll be home tomorrow. So no updates on weight until Thursday. I did have a higher carb lunch today. But I'm not panicking. I'm back on track for tonight and will be just fine. :0)

I'd like to ask for prayer for my soon-to-be sister-in-law. She's expecting and came down with a kidney infection. Her fever got so high that they admitted her to the hospital and it looks like she'll be there for a few days. The are worried about her and the baby.. so please pray all is ok. Thanks so very much!
