8 Random Facts...

I've been tagged by my good friend Tina to list 8 random facts about myself.

Here are my 8 facts:

1. I once wanted to be a nurse, but get sick when I have blood taken.
2. My husband and I almost drowned in a boating accident in the early 90's. We were literally saved by a miracle.
3. I don't have a TV. (and don't want one)
4. I met my husband when I was 14.. and he's 6 years older than me. (you do the math.. LOL)
5. I used to drink like a fish. (Thank the Lord for deliverance!)
6. I have 2 pets. A shepherd/husky mix we adopted from a shelter and a ferret. (My kids and I also want a kitten.. but I don't think it's a wise idea right now.)
7. I was born and raised in Oklahoma.
8. I met Cary Elwes during the filming of Twister, which was partially filmed in the town I lived in, and we spent 20 minutes discussing Tornados and early warning systems.
